GHAZIABAD – Two persons were arrested on Monday for entering a mosque here wearing shoes. The arrests came after a video of the incident surfaced on the social media platform X, prompting public outcry and demands for swift action against the culprits.

Identified as Annu Chaudhary and Daksh Chaudhary, the accused were taken into custody after a video surfaced showing them entering Garima Garden’s Madina Masjid with their shoes on. The video, which circulated on Instagram, captured the moment when the youths entered the mosque premises wearing shoes, eliciting widespread disapproval from the community.
