REWA — Ayesha Ansari, the daughter of an auto driver, has risen to prominence by recently cracking the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) exam, earning her the prestigious position of deputy collector. Ayesha’s dedication, hard work, and her family’s unwavering support helped her achieve this remarkable feat despite her humble background and limited resources.

After graduating in 2020, Ayesha embarked on a tedious journey that helped her achieve her dream. Her unhindered focus, courage of conviction and sincerity of purpose stood Ayesha in good stead during her four-year preparations for the MPPSC exam.

Reflecting on her stupendous task, she shared: “I completed my graduation in 2020. I prepared for MPPSC for 4 years. My family and friends supported me throughout the journey. Education is a great tool not just for the Muslim community, but for the development of the entire society. My parents didn’t get the opportunity to study, but they always wanted us to progress in life. They aimed to be a source of inspiration for other girls.”

Her deeply moved mother added that Ayesha never pressed for anything. “She was focused on her studies, and we supported her in every way we could. Her father, an auto driver, encouraged her to pursue her education without any hesitation.”

Ayesha’s father said his daughter used to study all the time. “We never stopped her. We encouraged her to study as much as she wanted. It was all her hard work. We did nothing. She never asked us for anything. All of this is the result of her relentless effort.”

Ayesha’s achievement is a testament to the transformative power of education and the potential for social mobility, even for individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. She is determined to use her success to inspire others, especially girls, to pursue their dreams regardless of the obstacles.

Ayesha’s story is a powerful reminder that perseverance, coupled with the support of family and community, can overcome the toughest challenges and bring dreams to fruition.

With her hard-earned success, Ayesha Ansari is not only setting an example for others within her community but also for society at large, proving that education is key to empowerment and change.
