GCC Condemns Terrorist Attack in China

RIYADH, Mar 04 – Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has strongly condemned the bloody terrorist attack in southwest of China’s Yunnan Province against innocent people.

“It as a heinous crime, which are incompatible with human values and principles,” he said in a statement.

Al Zayani expressed his profound sorrow and solace to the families of the victims and to the people and the Government of the People’s Republic of China, stressing the GCC condemnation to all acts of terrorism and extremism and its permanent support for international efforts to combat and eliminate them.  — WAM
