Breaking all the barriers she has carved a niche in the realm of science and technology. With unwavering dedication and a thirst for knowledge, she has charted an extraordinary educational journey, overcoming challenges and transcending boundaries.

Ayesha’s educational odyssey commenced at Rafiuddin Fakih Girls’ Primary School in the Maharashtra city of Bhiwandi. Despite the initial hurdle of studying in an Urdu medium school, she remained undeterred in her resolve to excel. Her commitment to education propelled her to secure an impressive 81% marks in her 10th examination from Aqsa Girls High School, paving the way for further academic endeavours.

Determined to pursue higher education in the textile sector, Ayesha’s passion for innovation and her father’s vision to bolster Bhiwandi’s power loom industry fueled her aspirations. Following her schooling, she enrolled in SHA Rais High School and Junior College, where she received invaluable guidance from esteemed educators like Ziaur Rehman. Ayesha excelled in her 12th examination, scoring an impressive 78% marks.

Ayesha’s journey took a decisive turn as she embarked on her pursuit of higher education in textile engineering at Mumbai’s Veermata Jijabai Technical Institute. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in textile engineering, she ventured into the professional realm, gaining invaluable experience during her two-year tenure at a private firm.

Undeterred by challenges, Ayesha’s thirst for knowledge propelled her to pursue further academic excellence. She returned to academia, enrolling in VJTI college to pursue a master’s degree. Her relentless pursuit of excellence led her to undertake a Ph.D. program at Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad, concurrently with her job.

Ayesha expanded her academic horizons by completing a post-graduation diploma in International Business Operations from IGNOU. Her unwavering commitment to lifelong learning reflects her indomitable spirit and relentless pursuit of excellence.

A pivotal moment in Ayesha’s journey came with her decision to venture into the realm of competitive examinations. Drawing from her rich reservoir of experience as a weaving supervisor and production manager in esteemed textile companies, she sought to explore new avenues to contribute her bit to society.

Despite encountering setbacks, including an initial failure in the UPSC exam and the postal service exam, Ayesha’s resilience remained unshaken. She pursued alternate avenues, seizing opportunities presented by the Staff Selection Commission exam to secure a position in various service centres under the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.

Ayesha’s unwavering determination and relentless pursuit of excellence culminated in her selection as a Senior Scientific Assistant (Textiles) to DGAQA Director General of Aeronautics in the Department of Insurance. Her meritorious achievements underscore her exemplary dedication and unwavering commitment to advancing scientific research and innovation.
