Washington and Israel are in cahoots against long-suffering Palestinians — supporting occupation harshness, opposing Palestinian self-determination and their other fundamental rights

SINCE March 30, Palestinian Great March of Return demonstrations have been all about contesting Israel’s unlawful blockade of the Strip, along with denying them all their fundamental rights.

IDF forces responded by murdering 170 Gazans in cold blood since March 30, injuring 18,300 others, according to Gaza’s health ministry – unpunished high crimes against humanity, continuing daily throughout the Territories, long-suffering Gazans harmed most.

Its health ministry said Israeli forces lethally shot two Palestinians on Friday, injuring at least 270 others, scores from live fire – including 19 children and nine medics targeted for aiding the wounded.

Karim Abu Fatayer died from an exploding dum dum bullet to the head in central Gaza.

Sa’adi ِAkram Abu Muammar was lethally shot in southern Gaza, east of Rafah.

Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) official Hani al-Thawabta said ongoing demonstrations show the determination of Palestinians to continue their liberating struggle against Israeli “aggression.”

Tens of thousands turned out on Friday. According the the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, Israeli forces acted on orders from the “highest military and political echelons (to use) excessive force against the peaceful demonstrators who posed no threat to the life of Israeli soldiers.”

Gazans “raised flags, and chanted slogans and national songs in addition to flying kites and firing balloons, while hundreds of them, including children and women, approached the border fence, set fire to tires and attempted to throw stones at the Israeli forces. The participants were present around 300 meters away from the main border fence.”

Washington and Israel are in cahoots against long-suffering Palestinians — supporting occupation harshness, opposing Palestinian self-determination and their other fundamental rights, wanting an entire population held in perpetual bondage.

The Trump and Netanyahu regimes exceed the worst of their predecessors. Both support endless wars of aggression, defiantly oppose peace, equity and justice.

They’re criminally liable for breaching fundamental international laws time and again – accountability for their high crimes not forthcoming.
