ISLAMABAD (IANS) — Rising religious intolerance and bigotry in India is a cause of global concern, Pakistan said on Thursday.

“Rising extremism, religious intolerance and bigotry in India is a cause of international concern,” a Foreign Office spokesman said.

“The sense of insecurity among minorities is increasing. The sharply increasing number of brutal deaths by cow vigilantes is a reflection of the escalating intolerance in India,” the spokesman added.
