People on social media slammed chief minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukku for allowing the hate campaigns against Muslims.
“In Congress-ruled Himachal Pradesh’s Palampur, a mob of Hindus vandalised a Muslim labourer’s shop, completely destroying its name and trace. Muslims are being abused and provocative statements are being made. @SukhuSukhvinder had recently promised the party high command @kharge and in-charge @ShuklaRajiv that admitting his mistake, he will not allow any activity against Muslims in the state, but everyday there are campaigns in the state to boycott Muslims and not to give them shops and houses on rent. Their shops are being vandalised, but Sukhu is bowing down because the shops of Muslims are being looted, because hatred is being spread against Muslims! @RahulGandhi @priyankagandhi @NasirHussainINC,” journalist Zakir Ali Tiyagi wrote on X.
“For how long will you continue selling goods by calling the shop of hatred as the shop of love?,” he added.
