JHANSI – Yaqoob Mansuri, a humble food vendor from Hamirpur, became a hero for countless families on a fateful Friday night. But for his own family, his courageous act came too late. Yaqoob’s twin daughters, only a few days old, became victims of the devastating fire that broke out in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Maharani Laxmibai Medical College in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.
