NEW DELHI — The Rahmani30 Commerce Program that prepares students for Law, CA, CS, and CMA exams under its Commerce Department beat the national average and went on to achieve a success rate of 92.30% this year.

Started by Maulana Md. Wali Rahmani (RA) under the aegis of the CSEET (CS Foundation) during the pandemic, the Rahmani30 Commerce Program produced incredible results, similar to Rahmani30’s other programs with 12 out of 13 students qualifying for the CSEET (CS Foundation) exam while 11 out of 13 girl students qualifying for the CSEET (CS Foundation) exam.

Maulana Wali Rahmani used to be very concerned about the decision-making of our young students after class 10. Usually, a student’s choice is biology (NEET) if he is weak in Maths (JEE) and commerce if he is weak in science i.e. a student’s most critical decision is based on the weaknesses rather than the strengths and/or interests.

Though all the subjects and streams require a lot of hard work and have opportunities in abundance. And therefore he used to advise the parents to encourage their wards to choose any stream of education on the basis of their passion and the suitability of the opportunities available.

Maulana Ahmad Wali Faisal Rahmani, Ameer E Shariat & Patron Rahmani30, thanked Allah and congratulated all the stakeholders and at the same time requested the parents to increase the participation of their wards in streams such as CA, CS, Law (CLAT) keeping in mind the immense potential of excellence which education in these fields, can offer.

All companies, whether public or private, listed or unlisted, are mandatorily required to appoint a full-time company secretary as per section 203 of the Companies Act. The Companies Act, 2013 under section 203(1) has accorded an exalted status to the Company Secretary bracketing him as a key managerial person along with the Managing Director/CEO.

Company Secretary’s appointment under the new Act will be affected only by means of a resolution of the Board of Directors. Far from being dubbed as a subordinate officer, he is now elevated as a key managerial personnel, superseding his recognised role as a Principal Officer.
