“They (the BJP) will only send people to jail, that’s what they know. They will send all of us to jail. If you are willing to face such kind of things, be in the BJP, else leave it today”, Delhi Chief Minister said

NEW DELHI — Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has described Narendra Modi as the most corrupt and least educated prime minister in the history of India.
“BJP under the guidance of Narendra Modi is attempting to destroy the country,” Kejriwal said in the state assembly here on Friday.
Expressing support for Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, the chief minister criticised the Central government’s move to disqualify him from the Parliament.
“I believe that India has never seen a prime minister who is just intermediate qualified,” he said.
Hitting out at the prime minister, Kejriwal said he is not being able to run the government properly. He is full of arrogance and his ego is on cloud seven, the chief minister said.
Criticising the Centre for its move as a defence mechanism towards their criticism, he said: “All they know is to send people to jail and do things like disqualifying members all day.”
He urged those members of the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) “who want to save the nation” to leave the party today. “All those members who want to destroy the nation be part of the BJP and those who want to save the nation should leave the party today,” he said.
“They (the BJP) will only send people to jail, that’s what they know. They will send all of us to jail. If you are willing to face such kind of things, be in the BJP, else leave it today”, he added.
He said that this was the moment in the history of India when “your efforts and your dissent will be counted in the future.”
Taking a jibe at the Lieutenant Governor (L-G), Kejriwal said in his address the L-G was telling that his party was very transparent and his government was the only government after independence which has worked for the development of the country.
“I would only like to tell the L-G that we will give you a chance to feel proud, time and again, just let us run Delhi on our own and stop interfering in our work all the time”, he added.
“We don’t want this hassle every day, we want to work,” he concluded.
