NEW DELHI – The case of  Hindu Samaj Party founder has taken a shocking turn after the mother of the deceased accused BJP leader of murdering her son.

In a conversation with News18, Kamlesh Tiwari’s mother held responsible Shiv Kumar Gupta, a leader of BJP for his death.

She said, It is Shiv Kumar Gupta, a leader of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Nobody asked me anything in Lucknow, all I was asked is what I want. To this I replied that I just want the dead body of my son. I will not spare anyone even if I get killed for it. I requested the police to call Gupta and question him but my request was not heeded to. Shiv Kumar Gupta lives in Thatheri and is a mafia who has over 500 cases against him. He had taken over as the president of local temple and killed my son over a dispute regarding construction of the structure.”

In another interview with the ABP news, she also held Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath responsible for Tiwari’s murder. She asked as to why his government removed the security given to his son by the previous government. She said that Yogi has grudge against Twari and he has conspired to kill his son.

Earlier, Lucknow police has registered an FIR against two Maulanas from Bijnor on the basis of the complaint filed by Tiwari’s wife.
