RIYADH – The International Indian Professionals Association (IIPA) on Friday organised a transformative orientation program for job seekers in Riyadh. The programme aimed at empowering Indian expatriates in Saudi Arabia in their pursuit of meaningful careers.

The event brought together experts, professionals, and job seekers under one roof, fostering an environment of learning, support, and inspiration.

Prominent Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various fields shared their insights, practical advice, and experiences, equipping participants with tools to navigate the job market effectively. Their invaluable guidance touched on essential career skills, professional ethics, and strategies to overcome the challenges of today’s competitive landscape.

A key highlight of the program was the impactful address by Dr Shafeeq, who emphasised the importance of community support and self-growth. He encouraged attendees to assist those in need and strive for resilience during the pursuit of lawful and ethical earnings. Dr Shafeeq also spoke about practicing gratitude through acts of giving back to society and underscored the role of perseverance, faith, and prayer in achieving success.

This initiative by IIPA demonstrated how collective wisdom and a sense of community can uplift individuals, inspiring them to overcome obstacles and strive toward a brighter future. The program resonated deeply with participants, many of whom expressed gratitude for the guidance and motivation received.

The organisers’ dedicated efforts, the SMEs’ generosity, and the attendees’ enthusiastic participation made the event’s success possible. The IIPA’s commitment to supporting Indian professionals continues to foster a culture of learning, growth, and empowerment.

As the program concluded, participants left with renewed hope, actionable strategies, and a sense of belonging, embodying the spirit of unity and progress that the IIPA strives to cultivate.
