NEW DELHI – The Bharatiya Janata Party’s suspended Hyderabad MLA T Raja Singh has now made hate speeches against Muslims in Haryana’s Hisar district by talking about beheading people and targeting madrasas.

Addressing an event on Janmashtami in Hansi town on Wednesday, Singh, who is facing multiple FIRs for his inflammatory remarks, has made these remarks in the State gripped by communal tension weeks ago.

Hindutva Watch, a research initiative which tracks hate crimes and speeches in India, have posted a video of the latest controversial speech.

“BJP legislator T Raja Singh delivered an extremely hateful speech targeting Muslims with open calls for brutal violence,” tweeted the Hindutva Watch.

In the eight minutes video, he can be seen talking about beheading people if anyone cast eyes on Hindutva idealogy and targeting madrasas by abusing it.

“Anyone who cast eyes on our Hindutva, I will behead them,” he said amid chant of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ by the gathering.

He invoked “Ghazwa-e-Hind” and talks about responding to “traitors”.

“I have protected cows. I have strongly countered “love jihadi”. I have responded to anti-Hindu people in their language,” he shouted.

He claimed that he is not for secularism but Hinduism. He vowed to convert the democratic and secular India into a “Hindu Rashtra”.

He lauded Assam Chief Minister Himanata Biswa Sarma for shutting down madrassas, and claimed that madrasas teach stone-pelting, looting and terror activities.

He claimed that Muslims and Christians were trying to pull down saffron flag.

He also incited the people by invoking Nuh communal violence.

Reacting to his inflammatory remarks, people on social media lamented that Singh roams free despite regularly making such remarks targeting the Muslim community.

“Depressingly routine, entirely ignored by police, who are quick to lock up those who call for peace,” tweeted a senior journalist and columnist while reacting on the hate speeches.

Zafarul Islam Khan, former chief of Delhi Minority Commission, has described Sing’s remarks as “hate speech” and asked Haryana DGP to act sternly.Hide original message

A Twitter user Mirza Baig asked whether the law is applicable equally to all irrespective of religion and caste. Singh is violating the law openly.

Last year, the BJP suspended him in response to his controversial remarks on Prophet Muhammad. The police arrested him after protests erupted in Hyderabad.
