NEW DELHI — Pakistan’s superstar and former cricketer Shahid Afridi, who has been at the frontlines to do the relief work amidst Coronavirus crises in his country, has tested positive for Coronavirus, he announced on Twiiter on Saturday.

He said: I’ve been feeling unwell since Thursday; my body had been aching badly. I’ve been tested and unfortunately I’m covid positive. Need prayers for a speedy recovery, InshaAllah

Shahid Afridi is former cricket all-rounder who represented Pakistan in 27 Tests, 398 One-day Internationals (ODIs) and 99 Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) in a career spanning over 20 years.
