UAE Warns Citizens Against Travelling To Lebanon

UAE-warns-citizens-against-travelling-to-LebanonABU DHABI, Jan 4 – The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has warned its citizens against travelling to Lebanon due to the events and the unstable security conditions being witnessed there.

Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed, under-secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, urged the UAE citizens in Lebanon to leave the country immediately for safety reasons and coordinate with the UAE Embassy in Beirut to facilitate their departure process.

He urged the citizens to comply with this warning until further notice and to be cautious when travelling outside the country.

The ministry also advised citizens travelling overseas to carefully read the travel advice page at the ministry’s website.–IANS/WAM
