GAZA — Three Palestinians were killed in an Israeli attack in southern Gaza on Sunday, as Israeli forces continue to breach the ceasefire agreement, striking the war-torn enclave while aid remains restricted and winter conditions intensify the suffering.
At least three Palestinians were killed on Sunday morning in an Israeli bombing targeting the eastern areas of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, medical sources confirmed.
That same day, Israel also struck the Zeitoun neighbourhood in Gaza City and areas close to the southern city of Rafah. At night, several people were injured after an Israeli quadcopter dropped a bomb in the neighbourhood.
Last night, Israeli warplanes also carried out intense airstrikes, east of the Tuffah and Shujaiya neighborhoods in eastern Gaza City.
On Monday morning, Israeli artillery shelling and intense gunfire were reported east of Khan Younis.
A Palestinian was also shot dead by an Israeli drone in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza, according to medical sources, on Monday morning.
According to the Gaza Government Media Office on November 10, Israel has violated the ceasefire agreement over 282 times, killing 266 Palestinians since the start of the truce on October 10.
The violations included crimes of direct gunfire against civilians, deliberate shelling and targeting, and the arrest of a number of civilians, reflecting the occupation’s continued policy of aggression despite the declared end of the war, noted the Office.
The attacks come as Israel continues to restrict aid entering the Palestinian enclave, with only a limited number of trucks allowed in and tight restrictions on the types of supplies permitted, as the third winter since the genocide began arrives amid worsening conditions with Israel also blocking shelters and tents. — QNN
